When will my order arrive?
You can expect your items to arrive approximately on the estimated delivery date selected by the carrier during checkout.

Please also note that the delivery date is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. During sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas, promotions, or special campaigns, the delivery time may be longer than usual. How can I track the status of my package? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can use this number on the selected carrier's website to check the shipment status. You can also track your order in your order history. In the "My Account" panel, you will find "Order History and Details." Click the "Details" button to see your order details, including your tracking number.Clicking the tracking number will take you directly to the shipping company's website, where you can track your shipment.

How much does shipping cost for my order?
Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method and your preferred speed.
*During promotional periods such as Black Friday, Private Sales, Christmas, and Sales , delivery times may be longer and cannot be guaranteed due to logistical congestion.

Which shipping company do you use to send your orders?
Standard Shipping
Packages are delivered with MRW Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and may require a signature upon delivery. Select the address where you will be present at the time of delivery.
Delivery schedules are subject to product availability and receipt of payment. Actual delivery times may also vary depending on the shipping location.
You will be asked to provide a phone number on the shipping page during the checkout process. It is important that you provide this in case the carrier needs additional information to ensure successful delivery. You will also be asked to provide the email address to which we will send the order confirmation.
Express Shipping
Shipments are made with MRW for express deliveries; this option will be delivered more quickly. Delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM and may require a signature upon delivery. Please enter your contact information, address, and email correctly so that you can receive notifications and your package can be delivered successfully. FEDEX - International Shipping Shipments outside of Spain will be handled by FedEx. Delivery times and transit times vary depending on the destination country.
