EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please access our Exchange and Return form by clicking here and follow the instructions.
Our team will check the item's availability and, if so, process the exchange.
Once approved, you must return the original product to an MRW office or to the delivery driver at the time of delivery. collection.
Important:
The change is not made simultaneously. First, the original product is collected and verified, and after its receipt in our warehouse, the new item will be sent.
Each order includes one free exchange.
Additional collections or deliveries requested after the first will cost €4.95, which will be deducted from the corresponding refund.
Orders placed in the online store can only be processed online. data-end="1338">No exchanges or returns of online orders are accepted in physical stores.
RETURN POLICY
The period for exchanges or returns is 30 days from receipt of the order.
The return period has been extended until January 15th.
You can choose a refund or a voucher for the original purchase value plus an additional €5 for future purchases.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. Returns will not be accepted for incomplete, damaged, or used products.

Swimwear or underwear without seals or tags.
Each order can be returned to any MRW office or you can request a home collection, the first service of which costs €1.95.
RETURN PROCEDURE

Access the Returns and Exchanges form and enter your order number (e.g., #0000) or tracking number.

Prepare the package following the instructions provided. The pickup or delivery will be scheduled.

Once the package is received, you will receive an email with the return tracking information.

REFUNDS
Instant refunds will be available immediately to the original payment method or the one you specify during the exchange or return request.
If the selected refund method is not instant, the refund will be processed within up to 14 days from package collection. During promotional periods (Black Friday, Sales, etc.), this period may be extended up to 30 days.
If your purchase was made through seQura, the refund will be issued via the same payment method. It cannot be compensated with a voucher.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders shipped outside of Spain, exchanges are not available. Returns are at the customer's expense.
