When will my order arrive?

How can I monitor the state of my package?

If you click on the tracking number, you will go directly to the transport company website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment.

What transport company do you use to send your orders?

Standard transport

The packages are delivered with MRW from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and may require delivery. Select the address in which you will be present at the time of delivery.

Delivery programs are subject to the availability of products and receiving payment. Real delivery times can also vary depending on shipping places.

You will be asked to provide a phone number on the shipping page during the payment process, and it is important that you provide it in case the carrier needs additional information to guarantee correct delivery. Urgent transport

Shipments are made with MRW for urgent deliveries, this modality will be delivered more quickly. The delivery schedule is between 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and may require delivery.

Fedex - International Transportation

Shipping outside Spain will be managed with Fedex. Delivery schedule and traffic time varies depending on the destination country. If you want more information, contact the nearest office or through the website of this carrier.
