When will my order arrive?

You can expect the arrival of your articles approximately on the estimated delivery date in the carrier's selection during payment.

How can I monitor the state of my package?

Once your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email message that will contain the expedition number, you can use this number on the website of the selected carrier to know the shipment status.

You can also monitor your order in your request for orders, in the "My account" panel you will find "History and detail of my orders." Click on the “Data” button to know the details of the same, including your tracking number.

If you click on the tracking number, you will go directly to the transport company website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment.

How much does the sending of my order cost?

The delivery period and shipping costs will vary depending on the type of shipping according to the speed you prefer.

*In promotional periods such as Black Friday, private sales, Christmas and sales Delivery times can be greater and we cannot guarantee them due to logistics congestion.

It applies only to orders with standard shipping with delivery in peninsular Spain. Gift checks, taxes and additional management and shipping will not be taken into account for the minimum amount of the offer. It applies only to merchandise. Previous purchases cannot be used to reach the amount.

What transport company do you use to send your orders?

Standard transport

The packages are delivered with MRW from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and may require delivery. Select the address in which you will be present at the time of delivery.

Delivery programs are subject to the availability of products and receiving payment. Real delivery times can also vary depending on shipping places.

You will be asked to provide a phone number on the shipping page during the payment process, and it is important that you provide it in case the carrier needs additional information to guarantee correct delivery. You will also be asked to indicate the email address to which we will send the confirmation of the order.

Urgent transport

Shipments are made with MRW for urgent deliveries, this modality will be delivered more quickly. The delivery schedule is between 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and may require delivery.

Please enter the contact, address and email data correctly so that notifications can be received and you can deliver the package correctly.

Fedex - International Transportation

Shipping outside Spain will be managed with Fedex. Delivery schedule and traffic time varies depending on the destination country. If you want more information, contact the nearest office or through the website of this carrier.

Please be sure to indicate the identification number if requested.

*All orders completed after 12:00 cannot guarantee the warehouse departure on the same day and will be processed on the next working day.
