Delivery term
The estimated delivery date is shown during the payment process. The usual shipping is between 2-3 days. Keep in mind that it is an estimate and may vary. During promotional periods or special campaigns, the deadline may be greater.
Package monitoring
You will receive a confirmation email with the expedition number. Use this number on the website of the selected carrier to track your shipment. You can also do it from your order history in "My account"
Shipping cost
The cost and delivery period vary according to the chosen shipping option. In orders greater than € 59, the standard shipment is free.
Carrier
We use MRW for standard and urgent shipments within Spain. For international shipments, we work with Fedex. Delivery schedules and requirements may vary.
Where do we send?
We ship to most countries. Verify availability simulating a purchase and entering your shipping address. In this way you will also get the shipping costs.
Changes
To request a size change, access the contact page or write us an email to contacto@harperandneyer.com And provide your order number, the article you want to change and the new desired size or article.
The customer service will check the availability of the article and, if possible, will manage the change of size.
A new order will be sent with the desired article and you must deliver the article to be returned to the delivery man.
Keep in mind that you only have the right to a free change. Additional changes in the same order have a € 4.95 surcharge.
Returns
If you have changed your mind or you are not satisfied with an article, you can return it by doing click here within a period of 30 days from reception to obtain a refund or a voucher at your choice.
The first collection for return or size change is free. Additional collection have a cost of € 4.95 that will be discounted from reimbursement.
The merchandise must be returned in its original state, without use, without washing and with all the packaging, labels and accessories.
Keep in mind that there are products that cannot be returned if the seals have been opened or removed, such as perfumes, bath clothes, underwear and masks.
If any fraudulent activity is detected, legal actions allowed by law will be taken.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery of the package to the carrier.
During promotional periods, management and reimbursement time may be greater.

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and/ or to remove or modify any material, price or content thereof. Although we will do our best to always process all orders, it can have exceptional circumstances that force us to reject the processing of an order after having sent the order confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time, to our single discretion.
We will not be responsible in front of you or in front of any third party for withdrawing any product from this website, removing or modifying any material or content of the website, or for refusing to process an order once we have sent you the confirmation of Order.

The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times on our website, except in case of manifest error.
We try to make sure that all the prices that appear on the page are correct but we are aware that errors can occur.
If we discover an error in the price, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the right price or canceling it.
If we fail to get in touch with you, the order will be considered canceled and the amounts that would have been paid will be reimbursed. We will not be obliged to provide the product/s at the incorrect lower price (even with shipping confirmation) if the Price error is obvious and unequivocal and could have been recognized reasonably For you as an incorrect price
