GIFT CARD

1. Mixed Orders: If you place an order that includes both an item and a gift card, the email with the gift card will be sent as scheduled, while the rest of your order will be processed normally. This scenario is uncommon.

2. Shipping and Fees: The gift card will not be physically shipped. No additional fees will be applied at checkout.

3. Returns: All returns will be issued only in the form of another gift card, with no option for a cash refund or other form of payment. Returns of unused gift cards will be accepted within the established timeframes.

4. Uses and Expiration: The gift card is valid for an unlimited number of uses until the balance is depleted or it expires, if it has a set expiration date.

5. Exclusive Use: The gift card is exclusively for purchases in the online store and is not valid in any physical store or with any external distributor.

6. Return Period: Gift cards may be returned within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of purchase.

7. Payment of Difference: If the gift card balance is insufficient to cover the total amount of the item, the customer may pay the difference using other payment methods available during the checkout process. Payment.
