Mixed Orders: In the case of placing an order that includes both an item and a gift card, the email with the gift card will be sent as scheduled, while the rest of the order will be processed as normal. This scenario is rare.

Shipping and Fees: The gift card will not be physically shipped. No additional fees will be applied at checkout.

Returns: All returns will be issued in the form of another gift card only, with no cash refund option or other means of payment. Returns of unused cards will be accepted within the stated time limits.

Uses and Expiration: The gift card is valid for an unlimited number of uses until the balance is depleted or expires, if it has an established expiry date.

Exclusivity of Use: The gift card is exclusive for purchases in the online shop and is not applicable in any physical shop or external distributor.

Return Period: Gift cards may be returned within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of purchase.

Difference Payment: In the event that the gift card balance is not sufficient to cover the full amount of the item, the customer may pay the difference using other payment methods available in the checkout process.

Balance Inquiry: Customers may check the balance of their gift card via the link provided in the gift card email or from the shop administration panel.

Returns and Exchanges Policy: Products purchased with the gift card are subject to the same exchange and return policy as all other products. The balance for returned products will be refunded by increasing the available balance on the Gift Card or by issuing a new card, as appropriate.

Card Expiration: The Gift Card expires one year from the date of purchase. Once the card has expired, it cannot be renewed or used for purchases, and any unused balance cannot be reclaimed.
