When will my order arrive?

You can expect the arrival of your items on approximately the estimated delivery date in the carrier selection during checkout.

Your items may arrive before the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the delivery date is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

During sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas, promotions or special campaigns, the delivery time may be longer than usual.

How can I track the status of my package?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email message that will contain the shipment number. You can use this number on the website of the selected carrier to find out the status of the shipment.

Likewise, you can track your order in your order history, in the “My account” panel you will find “History and details of my orders”. Click on the “Details” button to find out its details, including your tracking number.

If you click on the tracking number, you will go directly to the shipping company's website, where you can track the progress of your shipment.

If you don't already have a Harper & Neyer account, register and set up one in My Account.

How much does shipping my order cost?

Delivery time and shipping costs will vary depending on the type of shipping depending on the speed you prefer.

*In promotional periods such as Black Friday, Private Sales, Christmas and Sales Delivery times may be longer and we cannot guarantee them due to logistical congestion.

What shipping company do you use to ship your orders?

Standard Transportation

Packages are delivered with MRW from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and may require a signature for delivery. Select the address where you will be present at the time of delivery.

Delivery schedules are subject to product availability and receipt of payment. Actual delivery times may also vary depending on shipping locations.

You will be asked to provide a phone number on the shipping page during the checkout process, and it is important that you provide this in case the carrier needs additional information to ensure proper delivery. You will also be asked to indicate the email address to which we will send the order confirmation.

Urgent Transport

Shipments are made with MRW for urgent deliveries, this modality will be delivered more quickly. Delivery hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and may require a signature for delivery.

Please enter the contact information, address and email correctly so that you can receive notifications and deliver the package correctly.

FEDEX - International Transport

Shipments outside of Spain will be managed with FEDEX. Delivery schedule and transit time varies depending on the destination country. If you want more information, contact the nearest office or through the website of this carrier.

Please be sure to indicate the identification number if requested.

*All orders completed after 12:00 p.m. cannot be guaranteed to leave the warehouse on the same day and will be processed on the next business day.
